Research development of alpha- linolenic acid

摘要: α-亚麻酸属n-3系列多不饱和脂肪酸,是人体必需脂肪酸之一,人体自身不能合成,必须靠外界补充。本文对可作为α-亚麻酸开发来源的植物油料和α-亚麻酸的生理功能进行了简单介绍,并对其在国内外食品、药品、日化用品等方面的应用研究现状展开了综述,揭示了α-亚麻酸广阔的应用前景,希望对α-亚麻酸的开发有所帮助。

Abstract: Alpha linolenic acid belongs to n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and is one of the essential fatty acids of human which can't be synthesized in human body without supplement outside.Oil plants which could be used as a source and the physiological function of alpha linolenic acid was simply introduced.Then it was reviewed that the application of alpha linolenic acid in the domestic and foreign food,medicine,daily chemical products and other aspects,revealing alphalinolenic acid had a broad prospect with the hope of helping the development of the alpha linolenic acid.
